Rules & Regulations

• No parking on the grass.
• On an alley parking pad, park parallel with your house. Your car should not stick out into the alley.
• Street parking is not allowed (see Rule No. 1).

• Keeping your yard and home clean is every resident's responsibility.
• That means cutting, edging and trimming your yard, and keeping up the exterior appearance of your home.
• Planning an exterior change? Ask the Property Manager first. The HOA has an Architecture Committee.

• Holiday decorations should be taken down by the end of January.

• Your yearly association payment is due no later than January 31.
• Dues help maintain the landscaping, sewage, drainage, entry fences, lake and fountain.

• Please slow down, and ask your visitors to slow down as well. Speeding is dangerous for our children and our pets.

• HomeTown Disposal is the preferred company for the Glenn Abbey community, with a reduced rate for residents.
• Call 901-794-9096 and ask for the Glenn Abbey rate.

For reporting violations of rules and regulations, common ground security or upkeep and general information, please contact our Property Manager, Toney Dionne, at Crye-Leike Property Management. Complaints must be submitted in writing and preferably emailed.
